The CRM module has been enhanced with an activity feed on the lead detail view. This allows you to keep track of who changed what data and when. All relevant actions and data changes are logged in a way that allows you to track them historically. Emails and text messages with your customers are displayed directly in the new feed. You can also send new emails and text messages directly from the feed.
